I'd rather meet the Killer Bee's for 15 bucks and everyone knows house shows never matter. They will take it easy, the WWE style formulaic matches are always boring live bring your binoculars if you sit in the rafters or get a crappy rat hotdog and dont park by the bums playing the buckets they will steal your hubcaps.

I'd much rather invent a time machine and go back to my very first live event when I was in 6th grade.

B. Brian Blair vs. Iron Mike Sharpe Paul Roma vs. Danny Davis King Haku vs. Jim Brunzell The Big Bossman vs. Ken Patera Greg Valentine vs. Lanny Poffo (sub. for Scott Casey) via submission with the figure-4 Jake Roberts (w/ Cheryl Roberts) vs. Rick Rude WWF Tag Team Champions Demolition vs. Davey Boy Smith & the Dynamite Kid WWF World Champion Randy Savage vs. Andre the Giant .

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE VAMPIRO! House shows are usually good. TV tapings are the ones that suck. Have you been to the UC this decade? Hood has totally changed. I actually miss it when it was sh*t around there. And you're not meeting the Killer Bees for $15 bucks. Prolly gonna end up at $30 with admission.

I remember when I was younger the wwf ran monthly house shows at the Horizon. Does anyone know how long they were able to pull off monthly shows and how many cities did they do this in?

Mine:
WWF @ Chicago, IL – Rosemont Horizon – August 30, 1986 Billy Jack Haynes vs. Jimmy Jack Funk via submission with the full nelson Hercules vs. Lanny Poffo via submission with the backbreaker Pedro Morales vs. Dory Funk Jr. Harley Race vs. King Tonga B. Brian Blair & Jim Brunzell vs. Greg Valentine & Brutus Beefcake to a time-limit . Ricky Steamboat vs. Don Muraco The Junkyard Dog vs. Adrian Adonis . Paul Orndorff vs. WWF World Champion Hulk Hogan .
BONUS: I got to go back stage with the school radio station and my friend somehow got to ask a few questions with Sgt. Slaughter. We didn't do anything much more than hang out in a hallway before the show and Sarge came out (in a pullover v-neck sweater, no gear) and put over the Chicago fans.

This will be my first WWE house show. I’m worried about paying too much for a ticket early on Stubhub or Ticketmaster. Smarter to buy at the box office day of? From someone on here? What’s the thinking on buying a cheap seat and just moving closer?
